By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. Domestic Bazaar Private Limited provides manpower services, including housemaids, cooks, babysitters, drivers, elder care, and patient care services. We connect customers with suitable helpers based on specific requirements for both full-time and part-time arrangements.

We offer the following services:

  • Housemaids: Skilled professionals for household tasks.
  • Cooks: Experienced cooks for meal preparation.
  • Babysitters: Caring professionals for children of all ages.
  • Drivers: Trustworthy drivers for travel needs.
  • Elder Care: Assistance for elderly members.
  • Patient Care: Support for individuals recovering from illness or surgery.
    All services are available on both part-time and full-time options.

By using our services, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Ensure necessary facilities for helpers.
  • Treat helpers with respect and professionalism.
  • Pay the agreed-upon salary on time.
  • Allow helpers daily rest time and two days off per month.

Refund & Replacement Policy:

  • If the helper leaves within 3 months, we will provide a replacement for free or a 50% refund if no replacement is desired.
  • No refunds or replacements are offered after 3 months.
  • If you cancel within 3 months and don’t want a replacement, you will receive a 50% refund.

Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not responsible for property damage, loss, or theft caused by hired staff.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection:

  • Collection of Information: We collect personal details for connecting customers with helpers.
  • Use of Information: Information is used solely for the hiring process and not shared without consent unless required by law.
  • Data Security: We take steps to protect your data using secure technology.
  • Cookies: Our website may use cookies to enhance your experience, which can be disabled in browser settings.

Helper Responsibilities:

  • Helpers must arrive on time, perform duties diligently, respect household environments, maintain confidentiality, and handle property responsibly.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
